**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Perform the function and role of an Occupational Health Nurse in accordance to the Occupational, Safety and Health Acts/Regulation; Environmental Act/Regulations; and Company’s standing orders;
- Undertake clinical consultations and provide the requisite standard of service and care to patients attending the clinic.
- Develop and ensure continuity of patient care and appropriate follow-up and referral.
- Assist with the implementation of preventative medical care strategies, including structuring and performing medical screening services.
- Assist in the maintenance, selection and control of the medical equipment and supplies available in the clinic when requested or required.
- Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting patients
- Register patients and prepare patient’s file before medical consultation is provided
- Assisting the doctor on duty in serving and providing patient care, clinic procedures such as and not limited to dressing, performing ECG and administrating nebuliser
- Dispensing of drugs prescribed by doctor
- Facilitate payment process for treatment and services rendered. This may be either by cash collection, credit card and/or claim submission at respective Third-Party Administration (TPA) portals
- To compile and update **Daily Sales Report** to HQ on daily basis.
- Conduct stock take as per HQ's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Orders and maintains inventories of supplies and drugs, based on doctor's request.
- Receive and record supplies and drugs accurately and accordingly in the clinical system.
- Make follow up calls to patients as and when required.
- Perform other administrative duties of the clinic such as ensuring patient records are maintained and updated accordingly.
- Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic and its equipment, arranges for maintenance and repair as needed.
- Sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas.
- You are required to participate in Covid 19 Screening and any other screening test assign to you.
- When deemed necessary, you are required to mobilize yourself to carry out on-site duties in various locations for a stipulated time.
- Any other duties assigned by the doctor on duty.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Certified as Occupational Health Nurse (OHN)
- Experience in Occupational Health is an added advantage.
- Must be a SRN with a valid APC by the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Experience in Medical, Surgical, ER or ICU is an added advantage.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, alert & meticulous.
- Good communication with multi-lingual & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on shifts rotation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
