**About the Role**:
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique Business Management Solution requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure seamless project delivery. From leading requirement-gathering sessions to configuring the Oracle NetSuite platform and providing post-implementation support, you’ll be at the heart of clients' transformation.

**What You’ll Do**

**End-to-End Project Implementation**
- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP projects, from planning and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Configure ERP solutions to align with client business processes and goals.
- Lead technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase ERP capabilities.

**Solution Design and Delivery**
- Analyze client systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design, document, and implement customized ERP solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide presales support, including technical insights and proposal development.

**Training and Support**
- Conduct user training sessions to maximize ERP system adoption and efficiency.
- Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution post-implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document processes, configurations, and project deliverables for future reference.

**Continuous Improvement and Research**
- Stay updated on ERP trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing ERP tools and processes to add value to client operations.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows, and best practices.
- Experience in implementing ERP solutions, with NetSuite knowledge or certification as a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP consulting or similar roles.
- Certification in ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite) preferred.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM7,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- ERP Consulting: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- NetSuite certification (preferred)
