**BILLING CLERK**

**Responsibilities**:

- To handle, arrange, coordinate and monitor all shipping, export & import documentation and shipping related.
- Perform general administrative and clerical work including billing, photocopying, mailing, filling and data entry.
- Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
- To provide administrative support in terms of data entry.
- Ensure all received and issued goods are recorded and updated timely.
- To follow-up on payment & outstanding.
- Able to prepare quotation and invoice
- Assist on the day-to-day operations related to accounting and data entry.
- Maintain proper record of company transaction according to accounting standards and procedures as well as ensure systematic documentation filling.
- To support and perform any other duties as assigned
- Knowledge on accounting software e.g. Auto Count will be an added advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in Custom Declaration (K1, K2, K3, K8. K9) is required and essential.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willing to learn and is hardworking with a positive attitude and good personality
- Able to work independently
- On the job training will be provided
- Applicant must be willing to work at Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
