**Qualifications/Experience/Skill: -**
1. Minimum diploma holder.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience as an Admin Executive.
3. Knowledgeable in administration work, payroll calculation and human resources skill.
4. Initiative, motivated and committed, able to work independently.
5. Computer literate - i.e MS Excel, Words, Power Point, Graph & Trending Chart.
6. Ensure proper implementation of GMP & other procedures within department.
**Responsibility: -**
1. To handling foreign workers / local payroll.
2. Checking attendance record.
3. Process, maintain and submit payroll required report and documentation in timely manner.
4. To update i-net/bossnet and confirmation event.
5. To ensure that the office administration work is monitored and carried out effectively.
6. To issue the letter of worker confirmation and worker extension probation.
7. Assist management in liaising with head quarter on some of the admin matters.
8. Prepare monthly medical expenses.
Working hours : Mon - Fri : 8.00am-5.30pm
Location : Wear Safe (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (WSM5)
