**Responsibilities**:

- Purpose of the position- Directs and plans for a broad range of HR activities in the country to support business managers and local organizations.
- Drive the integration processes on the HR topics following the combination of the legacy entities in Malaysia and install the best practices in the new organization.

Principal Responsibilities- Maintain and upgrade the HR service infrastructure for local organization and ensure the smooth operations on the daily basis which is in line with the overall company policies and local legal requirements.
- Provide consultation and support to the business managers on organizational and people issues.
- Define and develop the integration plan on the HR policies and its implementation in collaboration with the regional team and business managers.
- Implement or take part in the global/regional HR projects/programs/session in collaboration with the regional and global HR teams.

- Be responsible for the daily HR and Admin operation tasks, like attendance, leave management, payroll calculation, etc.
- Be responsible for the immigration supports on the projects in ASEAN countries and closely working with the regional HR team and country LG HR team.
- Be responsible for managing the internal and external HR & Admin interfaces.
- Ad hoc project/assignments according to business situation.

Required key skills (functional/technical)- High level of self-motivation.
- Awareness on the company business.

Required qualifications/experience- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Behavioral Sciences/ Human Resources Management.
- Min 5+ years working experience from various HR models
- Fluent English skills
- Mandarin Speaking is a plus
- Ms-Office
