**Job Overview**

1. **Online Customer Support**
- Respond to online customer inquiries via phone or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Handle issues such as out-of-stock, delays, or incorrect items based on company SOP
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds, including documentation and system updates
- Arrange installation schedules and coordinate with the Installation Department
- Ensure all customer cases are resolved with satisfactory outcomes

2. **Customer Service - B2B & B2C**
- Process B2B and B2C orders, prepare packing instructions, and arrange for pickup or delivery
- Notify the respective salesperson after dispatch for invoicing and order closure
- Proactively update customers on order status, changes, or required follow-ups

3. **Administrative & Delivery Coordination**
- Report faulty or incomplete products to the designated group for tracking and follow-up
- Generate delivery notes and coordinate with external logistics (e.g., Lalamove) until pickup is complete
- Print and label delivery notes for bulk orders, and inform recipients or 3PLs accordingly

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle issues calmly and efficiently
- Meticulous in documentation, coordination, and product tracking
- Good time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
- Strong cross-department communication and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently while coordinating multiple tasks across teams

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
