Executing the development, generation & maintenance of the Safety and Health documentation.
- Monitoring the implementation of all standards at site and advice on improvement action.
- As a secretary for Safety and Health committee meeting and prepare minutes of Safety and Health Committee Meetings and monthly Safety and Health report to Headquarters.
- Submission of notification and incident report with full investigation report to Safety and Health Department Ileadquarters accident/incident for non-LTI, near misses, first aid cases and property damage.
- Liaise with state JKKP (DOSH) and Safety and Health Department Headquarters for any related incidents, fatality.
- Advice in developing and maintaining Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining.
- Monitoring and advice of Safety and Health Objective and Targets to Safety and Health Manager.
- Assist and ensure the implementation of all standards related to inspection and audit program at Site Office.
- Execute audit and inspection in compliance with schedule.
- Monitor the recommendation for improvement and prevention of recurrence.
- Any other duties (related to OSH) that the management might assign from time to time.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety and Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
- Comply with regulation 18 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) of Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Regulations 1997
- Performing other duties or projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Safety or related, registered with DOSH Headquarters Putrajaya as competent Safety & Health Officer (SHO).
- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment preferably with glove manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standard in the glove manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Be resourceful, dynamics, passion for the job and high motivation.
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, mature and excellent team player with good leadership.
- Able to work under pressure and continuously improve with good adaptability in accepting and managing changes as well as meeting deadlines.
- Able to organize complex workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
