Responsibilities:

- To assist and support Logistic department administrative tasks.
- To Assist in handling documents for inventory control and process, goods receiving, delivery documents, etc.
- Responsible for organizing and filing various documents and records
- Support inventory control activities, including stock counts.
- Support in identifying process improvements to reduce waste, minimize errors, and improve delivery performance.
- Monitor all necessary required actions with the relevant parties to initiate timely delivery process to fulfill customers’ delivery lead time.
- Manage transporters and ensure the timely return of acknowledged delivery orders for billing purposes.
- Any other related tasks assign from time to time.

Requirement:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
