About the Role

Responsible for managing AIA's relationship with outsourcing vendors and ensuring that the outsourcing vendor's performance meets AIA's requirements

- Evaluate and implement outsourcing options that align to the desired systems, processes and services of AIA
- Develop and administer contracts with outsourcing services in coordination with procurement and legal functions
- Analyse and report on outsourcing vendor performance
- May develop outsourcing policies, standards and procedures for a particular function or across functions
