We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Safety & Health Officer (SHO)** to oversee and drive the implementation of Safety & Health (S&H) initiatives across our construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring a safe work environment and full regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and lead the execution of Safety & Health programs across project sites.
- Provide professional guidance on S&H practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and internal safety standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and report S&H performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain S&H management plans and safety event calendars.
- Conduct training, toolbox talks, and facilitate monthly safety meetings.
- Liaise with government bodies (e.g., JKKP, CIDB, BOMBA, KKM) to address site-related matters.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly S&H reports.
- Assist in incident investigations and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.
- **Green Book certification** (Registered with DOSH) is **mandatory**.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety, ideally with exposure to **factory or industrial projects**.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
