About the job: As a close partner to the head of people experience, you will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest AirAsia products and services. You also support your team's projects and interact with a variety of people and job functions Responsibilities Drive operational excellence for group HR Operations, ensuring leadership has the key mechanisms and reporting in place to steer the operations Develop operational metrics to provide clear signals of organizations health, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making and assessment of key initiatives. Support leadership of operations on key internal projects, providing recommendations on business processes, strategy, and team structure by executing analyses required to develop recommendations. Leverage client-facing skills with a flexible communication style and convey complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner. Work with APAC Recruiting leads to optimize resource allocation, ensuring Recruiting resources are aligned to maximize productivity Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 7 - 10 years related experience in HR Experience with leading high-performing teams in staffing and/or operations environments working on strategic and operational issues Experience gaining trust, influencing, participating in complex discussions with leaders in an organization and working with regional/global partners on initiatives High tolerance for ambiguity, with the ability to operate with limited supervision, and agile around rapid change Highly collaborative within a diverse team setting Willingness to step in and step up, sometimes beyond the core remit, when needed Ability to understand the HRIS system (Workday) and proactively move tasks on the system and get them automated
