Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Setup and disseminate bond information and other related information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Consistently source for bond documents for bonds that do not have complete information.
- Actively maintain and ensure data integrity and accuracy of our bond database.
- Assist in requirements gathering and user testing for enhancements/fixes for business project / backend process / system relating to bonds.
- Assist and manage requests for bond setup / information / due diligence.
- Assist with onboarding of members/users on BSM.
- Ensure transactions are properly processed and assist members/ users with transaction/settlement enquiry and settlement discrepancy.
- Provide general administration and support to Business and Operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree with 1-2 years experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Detailed, meticulous, resourceful and able to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently or as a team player.
- Strong sense of responsibility with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good command of English and communication skills.
- Familiar with MS Excel.
