Maintenance technician

Full job description
- Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds at various facilities/sites including, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks
- Schedule and oversee regular inspections and servicing to ensure the property in good and working conditions.
- Manage an inventory record of parts and supplies, tools and equipment;
- Perform general maintenance work;
- Create a periodic maintenance schedule and also design preventive maintenance programs for the property, To do daily unit inspection rounds and check units the proper functioning of installations
- Highlight on any other matters that needs future upgrading work
- Perform other duties from the norm as requested by customer services
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all company workspaces, performing general repairs as needed.
- Set up homestay units needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Administration team as required.
- Managing Company vehicle servicing and maintenance, ensure in good condition always.
- Able to working after working hours with OT applied
- Require monthly outstation Kuantan, Ipoh, Malacca and etc

Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply;
- Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency;
- Honest, Reliable, Efficient and Professional at all times.
- Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision
- With skills in plumbing, air-cond servicing and trouble shooting, wiring & electrical, basic carpentry is an advantage
- Full-time position(s) available.

SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS

Salary

RM 1,900 to RM 2,500 per month

Working hours: 9:30am - 6pm
After 6pm can claim OT

Attendance Allowance
