Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support as needed.
- Assist process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant

regulations.
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare attendance reports and reconcile payroll data.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Facilitate new employee on-boarding and orientation processes.
- Manage administrative & perform ad hoc duties related with Admin and HR function.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, independently and confidentiality
- Able to start work ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
