**Responsibilities**:
- In charge monitoring **assisting in recruitment**/**staff attendance**/ **foreigner management**.
- Coordinate with team member on staff welfare event.
- Liase and monitoring **external party** such as Cleaning Service, Security Service.
- Issue workers’ **uniform & safety shoe**.
- Support in **monthly payroll**.
- Handle general HR duties and support administrative duties.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel record.
- Assist on compliance / ESG
- Worker medical visitation; workers’ bank account opening.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possesses own transport is required.
- Able to work independently as well as team player with high initiative and integrity.
- Attention to details and maintain good HR ethics.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
