Bms Technician

Job Responsibilities

As the front-line solution to any reported issues with equipment and Mechanical & Electrical system in the field.

Perform preventive maintenance according to service schedule and explain to the facilities manager on instrument/system status.

Responsible to prepare and submit progress service & maintenance report & ensure all service is completed within the standard procedure.

Conduct and support commissioning & start-up to system if required.

Provide additional expertise on electrical and controls of the systems.

To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
