Responsibility:
**a) **Receiving Material Control**:
i) Responsible to conduct incoming raw material and packaging material routine inspection

1. 100% sorting if found the receiving material out of standard and the material was urgent to use and need to immediately release to production.

ii) Responsible to label the status of inspected receiving material and state in Receiving Inspection Record.

1. QC pass label - For material comply with specification.

2. Hold label - For material marginally out of specification or not confirm the status of material.

3. Reject label - For material out of specification.

4. New Version label - For new or amendment material first receiving.

5. Red arrow sticker - For defect point on rejected defect material.

6. Yellow sample sticker - For bag of material which was open after inspect.

iii) Assist to keep sample for new item / amendment material as QA references.

1. Responsible to inform if any non-conformance detected from incoming area.

2. Assist to follow up on-hold receiving material.

**b) **Others**:
i) Assist in other QA/QC routine jobs

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
