1. Coordinate procedures of incoming and outgoing stock movement efficiently.

2. Oversee the daily operations of two separate stores (raw materials and accessories).

3. Key in data for material and finished good in stock card.

4. Coordinate labelling for all part going-out and packing list for shipment process.

5. Control and monitor material and finished good in/out from store (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).

6. Monitor for accurate stock records (physical & system) in inventory management system (monthly).

7. Monitor deliveries of materials/finished goods to production or other departments.

8. Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to schedule deliveries and pickups.

9. In charge sub-con DO for out-going part (sub-con, machine part, hardening, customer sample, replacement, calibration)

10. Ensure documentation such as DO, GRNs, MTN, SCDO and stock issue forms are accurately prepared.

11. Liaise with purchasing and production departments for material planning.

12. Update forecast delivery for KPI record (monthly).

13. Report any hazards or accidents promptly to CSR Team.

14. Ensure all records and documents are up to date and ready for audit or inspection.

15. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

16. Prepare accurate reports for management.
