**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary Range: RM 2,000 - RM 3,000.00 (Based on experience)

Working Hours : 10am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)

Location: Bukit Jalil (Next to Pavilion 2)

**Job Scope**:

- Responsible for the daily administrative document work of the office.
- Responsible for assisting the company in various meetings.
- Responsible for assisting air ticket and hotel booking etc.
- Responsible for purchasing the items needed by the office.
- Filing documents properly into respective file.
- To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Data entry, data processing, file management.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, good communication skills.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc).
