We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant Executive to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, and assist with auditing tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting and Financial Operations**:

- Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure efficient fund management.

**2. System Expertise**:

- Utilize the UBS Accounting System to record and manage financial transactions efficiently.
- Ensure proper maintenance and backup of financial data in the UBS system.

**3. Taxation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and file SST, corporate tax returns, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.

**4. Payroll Management**:

- Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries and deductions.

**5. Budgeting and Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Provide regular financial insights and reports to the management for decision-making.

**6. Documentation and Administration**:

- Maintain proper documentation and organize accounting records for easy retrieval.
- Handle financial correspondence and liaise with banks and external vendors.

**7. Support and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Provide support for any ad hoc financial or administrative tasks assigned by management.

**8. Auditing Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with policies.
- Review financial processes, identify potential risks, and recommend improvements for better financial control.
- Support external auditors during annual audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Ensure all financial data is prepared in accordance with auditing standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in UBS Accounting System is mandatory.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of internal auditing processes and experience in supporting audit functions is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
