- Escort customer to vehicle.

- Quotation.
- Track parts.
- Chase refund.

2 To finalise and close all job in,
- VSS (*10mins avg).
- To collect payment if cashier is not working.

3 To answer phone calls.
- Include diverting calls to sales.
- Include diverting calls to finance.

4 To attend to sales enquiries.
- Vehicle issues.
- Quotation.

5 To attend monthly OCE online competency assessment.

6 To prepare documentation of PO, DO, GR, Invoice for part ordering & receiving.

7 To fulfill Jaecoo's report
- Daily FMP SOH
- Weekly FMP SOH
- Monthly site visit SOH

8 Monthly stock take

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
