Meeting with potential tenants, showing them units, and providing information about the property
- Performing background and credit checks to ensure tenants are qualified.
- Preparing leasing prospect or documents for potential tenants
- Keeping current tenants informed of changes to rental agreements or property issues
- Maintain a networking with current tenants and providing personalized service
- Coordinating lease signings with property managers
- Handle tenants’ requests, complaints, and issues effectively and feedback to related department immediately
- Ready with any ad-hoc task given by superior

**Role Requirements**:

- Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing, Real Estate / Tenancy.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business field or its equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with Tenants/Stakeholders
- Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
- Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives
- Possess own transport and able to travel

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
