**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle HR processes related to attendance, leave management, and payroll.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Infotech system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
- Address and resolve HR-related issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years or above of relevant HR experience is preferable.
- Proficiency in using the Infotech system for HR management is preferable.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
