**Define and Establish Quality Standards**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards for products/services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding of quality requirements.
- **Testing and Inspection**:

- Design and execute test plans to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of products, materials, or processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor changes to enhance overall quality and productivity.
- **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain documentation of quality standards, procedures, and test protocols.
- Record and analyze test results, defects, and corrective actions taken.
- **Training**:

- Provide training to employees on quality standards, testing procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure that team members are aware of and adhere to quality guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer support, to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials or components.
- **Continuous Monitoring**:

- Establish monitoring and measurement systems to track key performance indicators related to quality.
- Implement statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Root Cause Analysis**:

- Investigate and determine the root causes of defects or non-compliance.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.
- Ensure that products and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes based on customer input to enhance overall satisfaction.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
