**Fit Out Planning**:Assist superior to draw and plan for existing mall extension, upgrade and improvement.
- **Hands-on Fit-Out Coordination**:Assist superior to coordinate fit-out works with tenants’ project teams and appointed contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Meetings & Communication**:Assist superior meetings arrangement and preparation with tenants, consultants, and contractors to facilitate project discussions and issue resolution.
- **Internal Coordination**:Assist superior to collaborate with internal departments (Marketing & Leasing, Operations, Credit Control) to address tenant requests, resolve issues, and ensure all landlord provisions are met.
- **Site Monitoring**:Assist superior to conduct site visits to verify that all works adhere to approved submissions and comply with mall regulations.
- **Documentation & Filing**:Assist superior to maintain organized records and documentation for each project from initiation to completion for future reference inclusive preparation of Yardi Drawings.
- **Other Duties**:Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior or designated company representatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**:Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply**we welcome enthusiastic newcomers eager to learn and grow.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- **Organizational Skills**:Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Technical Skills**:Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- **Creativity & Innovation**:Strong creative aptitude with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
- **Team Player**:Professional, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- **Internship duration**:3 months to 6 months

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
