Assisting with coordinating and managing projects from start to finish.
- Helping to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timelines and budgets.
- Performing various administrative duties such as maintaining project documents and monitoring deadlines.
- Facilitating effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of team meetings and presentations.
- Compiling and analysing project data to report on project progress.
- Assisting with issue and risk identification and providing solutions where possible.
- Provide support within project teams by performing various administrative and managerial tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, assist in documentation, monitor project schedules and budgets as well as communicating with stakeholders.
- To research, data compilation and status reporting.
- Work closely with Project Managers, contributing to the overall smooth functioning and successful completion of projects.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
