Sales Account Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative work - completing forms, letters, reports.
- Update customer’s profiles, record and samples.
- Coordination with various internal and external parties to ensure customers’ requirements are met on timely basis.
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals/reports.
- To manage and monitor the Purchase order or other matter from Sales Representative.
- To provide monthly sales report on market and competition activities.
- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs, anticipate key account changes and improvements.
- Plan and set up effective sales, marketing and key account strategies planning which is competitive in the market.
- Responsible for internal monthly sales review and externally with retail buyers.
- Good in analysis and understand customer’s business, objective, customer profile, behavior, category trends to optimize all the planning and business opportunities.
- Perform any other duties when required

**Requirements**:

- Able to work independently and teamwork.
- Good working attitude with punctuality and good health.
- Required language(s): Preferable Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Preferable Mandarin Speaker.
- Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Possess minimum SPM.
