This position is part of the _Customer Service Team_ and will be located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- _ Manage customer orders from order entry to product delivery to attain customer satisfaction _
- _Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements _

**The essential requirements of the job include**:_ _**
- _Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills _
- _Clear verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, organization skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset_
- _ Europe (EMEA) time zone hours and holiday schedule _
- _Language proficiency (Spanish)_

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- _ ERP knowledge with SAP preferred _
- _Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience_
