Demi Chef Chines Cuisine

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine at Mines Excellence Golf Resort Berhad, located in Seri Kembangan. The Demi Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Additional responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, inventory management, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Chinese cuisine preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience in menu planning and inventory management
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification in Chinese cuisine is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting is beneficial

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
