Associate (JL 2A):* - Process Hire to Retire transactions, including updating positions, creating new employee records, and providing new hire information to Payroll/Benefits. - Manage Job Requisition, update job and salary-related changes, and generate employee verification letters. - Handle employment reference letters/verification of employment letters digitally. - Update voluntary and involuntary exit data in the system. - Support in updating redundancy and redeployment activities in the employee data system. - Escalate non-transactional issues promptly and adhere to established protocols. - Maintain service level agreements. *Process Specialist (JL 3A):* - Process and support end-to-end Hire to Retire transactions. - Conduct quality checks on all HR transactions and Recruitment admin activities. - Provide assistance in resolving level 2 & 3 questions on HR transactions and Recruitment admin activities. - Escalate non-transactional production issues promptly, following established protocols. - Contribute to process transformation and automations. - Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals and HR managers. - Support Team Lead in training, daily reviews, and resolution of escalations. - Maintain service level agreements. **Requirements**: *Common Requirements for Both Positions:* - 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes with at least 2 years in an HR organization. - Graduate in any stream. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Results and deadline-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Minimum 2 years of experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc. - Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook). - Proficient in Chinese Mandarin & English language (Read, Write, Speak). *Good to Have:* - Experience specific to Hire to Retire Data administration for Global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be an added advantage. **How to Apply**:
