**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Leadership and Management**

i. Oversee all technical operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.

ii. Guide, mentor, and manage the technical team to ensure efficient daily operations and high performance.

iii. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational workflows and minimize downtime.

iv. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to enhance team capabilities.

**2. Tender and Contract Management**

i. Manage and oversee the preparation, submission, and execution of tenders and contracts.

ii. Negotiate terms with stakeholders to secure favourable agreements for the company.

**3. Customer Success Management**

i. Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for system upgrades and promote additional services or solutions.

ii. Proactively identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

**4. Collaboration with Enforcement Agencies**

i. Work closely with Bomba, police, and other relevant authorities for emergency response coordination.

**5. Emergency Preparation & Drill**

i. Plan and conduct regular emergency drills with enforcement agencies, including polis drills, to ensure readiness in real-life scenarios.

ii. Guide technical staff in executing drills effectively and maintaining emergency preparedness.

**6. Reporting and Strategic Planning**

Contribute to long-term strategic planning to achieve company growth and operational excellence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in technical operations or a similar role, preferably in the emergency response or related industries.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer and agency collaboration.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
