Number of hiring : 1 person

**Job Description**:
1. Liaise with the technical team to create Cost Estimation and prepared Commercial Proposal/quotation required for client inquiry and provide accurate information to relevant parties.

2. Prepare an analysis of the After Project Report for each project to make sure the profit margin is maintained within the estimated margin range.

3. Issued invoice and statement of accounting using the XERO system to customer and liaise with the client for payment receivable.

4. Arranged and handle all domestic and international shipments while preparing the required export documentation.

5. Maintained an accurate record for Sales Register and conducted a monthly sales performance review with the manager.

6. Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts, not only outsourcing contract agreements but also local legal knowledge and commercial contract laws, to promptly identify and avoid contract legal risks.

7. Prepare tender documents, tender report, quotation costing and contract documents.

8. Forecasting and monitoring cost control management to give cross-functional stakeholders and the project management team clear contractual advice and recommendation.

9. Draft, propose, execute, monitor, evaluate marketing related functions, plans and activities including branding campaigns, publicity, events and others with innovative ideas.

10. Content creation with creative development and meticulous management for all marketing activities including marketing materials, websites and various social media channels to create talk of the town effect which ultimately lead to sales.

11. Work with technical team s in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

12. Manage agencies, budgeting/reporting, planning and administration.

13. Assist in preparing internal and external communications.

14. Assist in planning, executing, and measuring effectiveness of offline marketing.

15. To provide management with update on the market opportunities.

16. Track ROI of different marketing channels and keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaign.

17. Able to take a design and interpret into artwork.

18. Other ad-hoc job assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:
1) Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistic and equivalent, with a CGPA of 3.5 and above.

2) Marketing analytics skills is a plus point.

3) Good command of language (English, Bahasa Malaysia) and interpersonal skill.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
