**Job Brief**:
As a Strategy Analyst, you will work directly with the CEO and play a central role in shaping and operationalizing Wahed's strategic direction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework - ensuring that our high-level vision is translated into actionable, measurable outcomes. This role will provide broad exposure across all aspects of the business
- including Product, Growth, Operations, and Finance - and serve as a unique launchpad for a future high impact role within Wahed.
**Develop and Oversee Company-Wide Strategy
- Design, implement, and manage OKRs across all departments.
- Build dashboards and define key metrics to serve as the company's single source of truth.

Drive Performance and Accountability
- Record, track, and report on strategic initiatives linked to OKRs.
- Identify leading indicators to measure performance and recommend course corrections.

Support Executive Decision-Making
- Work closely with the CEO, preparing for and facilitating strategy meetings with senior leadership.
- Ensure strategic information is organized, accessible, and actionable.

Transform Data into Insights
- Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations on company performance for the Board of Directors and leadership team.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives.

**Job Specification**:
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, MixPanel, Segment).Familiarity with SQL and Google Apps Script for process automation is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/LLMs and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to enhance workflows.
