**Your Role and Responsibilities**

PROTEUS is looking for a Full-Time Web Designer to join us.
- Oversee the visual design of the graphic design website, including layout, color coordination, and icon design, ensuring a high level of aesthetics and user-friendliness.
- Utilize software tools to create and edit graphic content and videos for website.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process working with the development team to ensure the design meets business and end-user goals.
- Define and maintain design systems and style guides across platforms to maintain consistency.
- Communicate design ideas with stakeholders and even make decisions to shape the project.
- Iterate web/app design functionalities to ensure a great and intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in graphic, web, and video content to elevate your website's aesthetic.

**Potential Activity or Task**
- Designing on Wix, Figma, and Wordpress, or other website builder.
- Conceptualizing based on project brief.
- Ideation and brainstorming for mood boards, proposals and mockups.
- Prototyping and building click-through prototypes.
- Presentation
- User testing
- Identify and troubleshoot problems (e.g. responsiveness, bug fixes, etc)

**Requirement**
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of professional experience in UIUX Design.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to foster effective collaboration with all teams across the organization.
- Strong UI graphic design knowledge.
- Good eye for design and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and a self-directed learner.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong empathy, able to think from the user's point of view.
- Responsible and be able to meet deadlines as well as manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Willing to explore and bring company design standards to the next level.
- Proficient in Figma and Illustrator

**Contact**

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
