Provide day-to-day administrative support to Director of Business Operations in all areas of work, including and not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning and filing.
- To handle office maintenance and office upkeep, coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Responsible on monitoring & procurement of office supplies and beverages for employees.
- Prepare letters, memos and notices.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Maintain and update contact and employee lists.
- Cover the reception desk when needed.
- Coordinate HQ office and site procedures.
- Resolve administrative related problems.
**Job Requirement**
- Perform daily clerical and administrative functions to support management.
- Required skill(s) : MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word.
- At least 1 year working experience.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Able to start work immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
