Licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR), OSADI currently manages over 5,500 workers daily across various regions in Malaysia.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and manage HR-related administrative tasks (HR portal data entry, background checks, insurance enrollment, etc.).
- Coordinate required training with operational teams, manage training providers, and handle HRDF claims and training arrangements.
- Assist in processing performance reviews, including confirmations. Prepare and submit monthly HR reports (employee listings, headcount, turnover).
- Assist staff disciplinary issues and manage day-to-day HR operations (staff queries, probation reviews, exit interviews).
- Support office administration, including supply management and vendor coordination.
- Manage employee business travel request according to the budget ie. hotel and flight booking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data. Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation of administrative processes.
- Assist in organization and running of HR initiatives, events, transformation projects, engagement activities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin is added advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to commit a minimum of 12 months contract.
