Our client, an **award-winning spa and wellness brand**, is seeking a passionate and hands-on **Area Manager** to oversee the smooth operations of multiple spa branches. This role involves leading and inspiring teams across four outlets to deliver outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including sales performance, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of over 10 staff to achieve business and customer service excellence.
- Drive sales growth and ensure monthly targets are consistently met.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience; address feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on branch performance to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Proficient in **English and Malay** (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience in **spa, beauty, or wellness management**, preferably handling **multi-branch operations**.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently on **rotational shifts and weekends**.

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- **Basic Salary**: RM6,000 - RM7,000
