Customer Care Support (Kuala Terengganu)

**What if you could put the customer at the heart of everything you do?**

To provide back office administrative and customer care support to the operating companies to achieve the overall company's objectives.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- To assist and support in customer service department on any enquiries and request from clients.
- To handle and support incoming calls, and to handle incoming and outgoing mails via courier service.
- To provide guidance to clients, agents, and marketers on motor underwriting related matters via verbal and written communication. To assist claim department on any enquiries and to
- up regards to claims matters and settlements.
- To communicate with underwriting, marketing, and accounting departments on claim related matter.
- To assist on Cross-Selling P lines products. To assist on
- up Renewal Policies for direct clients. To
- up and sent reminders on outstanding premium and /or bad debts to the agents within 45 days of premium warranty in accordance with the credit control policy.
- To maintain accurate, up to date agency outstanding and collection records.
- To assist and carry out work related to Account Department.

**Important to your success**:

- Degree or Postgraduate in Business Studies, Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economic studies.
- Graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High learning agility and work efficiency
- Good verbal, written and communication skills.
