**FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPER (JUNIOR)**

JOB OVERVIEW

Reports To:
The Web Developer will report directly to the Lead Software Engineer. You will also report to the Report Manager in terms of project deliverable.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Determining the structure and design of web pages.
- Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience.
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
- Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
- Building reusable code for future use.
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.
- Assist in designing website mock up.
- Digest user requirements and transform them into functional web pages.
- Liaising with stakeholders such as Creative Directors, Project Managers, Business Analysts and clients regarding project requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures and standards.
- Travel to client’s office for meetings, system demonstrations and reviews.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and handover of the process or system to the clients.
- Managing customer satisfaction by visualizing their ideas and vision.
- Build tools to automate processes.
- Professional in website development, interested in new technology or trend.
- You will participate in the full product life cycle: planning, conception, development, testing and bug fixing.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expert in Laravel.
- Understanding of key design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Query and Laravel.
- Understanding of server-side CSS.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in web design best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to provide creative design suggestions to clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in cloud technology such as AWS, Google Cloud will have an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Able to work extra hours when needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally as and when required to meet-up with client.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
