- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cafe staff.
- Train, mentor, and schedule employees to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor staff performance and address any issues or conflicts.
**2. Customer Service**:
- Maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
- Promote a positive dining experience and handle special requests.
**3. Operational Management**:
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
**4. Financial Duties**:
- Handle cash management, including daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor daily revenue and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
**5. Quality Control**:
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining and kitchen areas.
**6. Team Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team during peak hours and maintain workflow.
- Communicate any updates or issues to management promptly.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
