**Persediaan Bahan Makanan**
- Menyediakan dan memotong bahan mentah (sayur-sayuran, daging, ikan, dll).
- Mengikut arahan chef atau penyelia dalam menyediakan bahan mengikut resipi.
- **Memasak dan Penyediaan Makanan**
- Memasak hidangan mengikut resipi yang telah ditetapkan.
- Menjaga suhu dan masa memasak untuk memastikan hidangan disediakan dengan betul.
- **Pengendalian Peralatan Dapur**
- Menggunakan pelbagai peralatan dapur (oven, dapur gas, penggoreng, dll) dengan selamat.
- Membersihkan dan menyelenggara peralatan dapur.
- **Pembersihan Dapur**
- Memastikan dapur bersih dan kemas selepas setiap waktu memasak.
- Membersihkan meja kerja, lantai, dan peralatan dapur.
- **Menyusun Makanan**
- Menyusun makanan di atas pinggan atau bekas dengan kemas dan mengikut piawaian yang ditetapkan.
- **Memastikan Keselamatan dan Kebersihan**
- Mematuhi prosedur kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan.
- Menggunakan alat pelindung diri (glove, apron, dll) semasa bekerja.
- **Menguruskan Stok Bahan Makanan**
- Memantau inventori bahan makanan dan memastikan bekalan cukup.
- Menguruskan bahan makanan yang masuk dan keluar.
- **Berkomunikasi dengan Chef atau Penyelia**
- Melaporkan masalah yang timbul di dapur kepada chef atau penyelia.
- Menyampaikan maklumat tentang bahan yang tidak cukup atau masalah lain yang menghalang penyediaan makanan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
