**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1) **New Sales**: Generate sales leads from multiple channels such as from websites, business or commercial portals.

2) **Client Retention**: to connect with clients who wish to terminate their engagement with us and retain these clients.

3) **Client Recovery**: to connect with old clients who had previously terminated our services and promote re-trading with the company.

4) Carry out **sales administrative** work as may be required.

5) Maintaining good communications with customers for future leads.

6) Contact clients to inform of new updates.

7) Prepare sales reports as may be needed

8) Support and assist in other sales-related activities as may be required

9) Any other tasks as may be required from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS:

1) Fresh Graduates or minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing

2) Diploma in Business Administration or Entrepreneurial field

3) Pleasant personality, hardworking and a-go-getter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
