**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Handle timely renewal of workers' permits, special passes & check-out memos
- Coordinate FOMEMA medical check-ups for foreign workers
- Support team members with day-to-day admin tasks
- Prepare weekly internal reports that are clear and concise
- Assist with other duties as assigned by your superior

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **SPM or STPM**:

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English; **Mandarin is a bonus**:

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a great team player
- Able to work in **Subang Jaya** office
- **Fresh grads** are welcomed
