**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Execution and Delivery:

- Oversee the delivery of digital projects, ensuring they align with business goals and IT strategy.
- Address complex risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining delivery momentum.
- Actively participate in planning, identifying dependencies across services, and coordinating delivery efforts.

2. Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate effectively between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and moderate high-risk and complex discussions.

3. Agile and Lean Practices:

- Implement and advocate for Agile and Lean methodologies within the team.
- Coach team members in these practices, tailoring new ways of working as needed.

4. Financial and Commercial Management:

- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficient delivery.
- Negotiate with and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring value from contract

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 6-7 years experience as IT digital Project manager.
- Bachelor Degree in IT
- Project Management Skills: Strong ability in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Experience in using project management tools and methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
