Job Title: Operation Crew Member

Location: Happy Potato Outlet (Various Locations)

Reports to: Outlet Supervisor / Outlet Manager

Job Summary:
As an Operation Crew Member at Happy Potato, you play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences, preparing quality food, and maintaining efficient outlet operations. You ensure that every customer leaves with a smile and a love for our signature shaker fries

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt service.
- Take orders accurately and handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Recommend menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.

2. Food Preparation:

- Prepare and serve Happy Potato menu items (e.g., shaker fries, potato snacks) to company standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh and presented with consistency.

3. Outlet Operations:

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up workstations and cleaning.
- Handle cashier duties using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

4. Stock and Inventory:

- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and raw materials and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
- Assist with stock receiving, proper storage, and inventory management.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service quality and learn new skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
