Assistant Security Supervisor

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To enforce discipline and good work ethics of the outsourced guards, including monitoring of attendance.
- To anticipate any preventive and pro-active actions that needs to be taken to prevent crime in and around the mall.
- Supervises that all daily routines, assignments and shifts are carried out as scheduled, including roll call and briefings for the guards.
- To investigate and report all incidents of crime and safety that occurs the mall.
- To observe and coordinate all vendor and contractor activity at site for compliance to company policies/procedures.
- To implement and assist enforcement agencies in compliance to all relevant Laws, Government Regulations and Acts.
- To carry out scheduled training of outsourced guards to increase competency level and build confidence in handling situations/incidents.
- Be familiar with all Emergency Response Procedures and enforce them as and when necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years' working experience in similar capacity in shopping mall, hotel or commercial buildings.
- Good written and verbal communication skills - English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate
- Good leadership with high sense of integrity.
- Good problem solving/ investigation skills.
- Non-executives specializing in Security/ Armed Forces/ Protective Services are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- **Position is based in SKUDAI,JOHOR BAHRU.**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
