### **Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sourcing & Supplier Management**
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to meet the company’s quality and delivery standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.

**2. Contract Negotiation**
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.

**3. Procurement Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities.

**4. Performance Monitoring**
- Track and evaluate supplier performance using KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost, and quality.
- Resolve supplier performance issues to maintain a smooth supply chain.

**5. Cross-Department Collaboration**
- Work closely with the Production, Finance, and Logistics departments to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production operations.
## **Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5-7 years** of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and **Mandarin (Chinese speaking preferred)**.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems/software.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- pocurement: 5 years (preferred)
