Site Management:
Supervise daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate and monitor work activities of workers and subcontractors.

Ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule and project plans.

Quality Control:
Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Resolve any on-site issues or defects promptly.

Ensure that workmanship adheres to approved drawings and specifications.

Health & Safety:
Enforce safety procedures and site rules.

Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Report and manage incidents or accidents.

Communication & Coordination:
Liaise with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and changes.

Coordinate material delivery and equipment logistics.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain site records, including daily reports, attendance, and photos.

Track project milestones and material usage.

Submit progress reports to management.

Team Supervision:
Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.

Motivate and guide the site team to meet targets and deadlines.

Address minor disputes or disciplinary issues.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
