Being part of the BV family, is more than just working, it’s being convinced that you **will leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust**. **Responsibilities**: - Business Development: - Identify and develop new sustainability service offerings aligned with market trends and client needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies and industry stakeholders. - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities. - Support BD/Sales to Prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders for sustainability projects. - Support training team on training content development. - Work with marketing to develop content for social media. - Service Delivery: - Oversee the delivery of sustainability services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. - Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources. - Build local capacity and expertise through training and knowledge transfer. - Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams. - Team Leadership: - Build and lead a high-performing sustainability services team. - Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members. - Develop local talent and succession plans. - Participating in global /network sustainability calls and communicating message to the CER team. - Industry Engagement: - Actively participate in country sustainability forums, conferences, and initiatives. - Build strong partnerships with local NGOs, academic institutions, and industry experts. - Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends and policies in the region and globally. - Operational Excellence: - Implement effective performance metrics and reporting systems to track the impact of sustainability services. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and Bureau Veritas’ policies and procedures. - Maintaining local accreditation. **Job Requirements**: - Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science/ Engineering/ Sustainability or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability consulting or related field - Deep understanding of ESG/Sustainability and relevant tools, standards, regulations and frameworks - Extensive experience working and leading in a team-based environment - Ability to unlearn and relearn, open minded and agile - Proactive and ability to provide solutions with good rationale and logic - Strong project management, personnel management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment - Highly motivated and team player with positive energy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
