1. To prepare the insurance list for each month, including other branch vehicles as well

2. To deal with agents regarding quotations for each vehicle and to proceed with the renewal according to the director’s approval

3. To keep the master file updated

4. To liaise with workshop regarding any accidents

5. To liaise with banks regarding any policy renewal - upon request

6. To liaise with accounting department to ensure the payments of suppliers (agents) are kept updated

7. To submit a report by the end of the month

8. To ensure the operation of the vehicles are according to the law on the road

9. To update all the files according to the criteria and guidance by the ICOP book

10. To have a meeting with the advisor every end of the month

11. To liaise with all the person in charge for each section of ICOP (e.g.: HR, maintenance, operation)

12. To liaise with auditors (JPJ) regarding any cases and to keep all the related documents accordingly.

13. Any other job as assigned by superior

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
- Preferably, have at least 1 year of working experience in the same or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office and online platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Chinese and English is highly preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
